Hermes Life Agent privacy notice

Hermes Life Agent is a private assistant for its owner. Its Google connection reads email messages, Google Drive file metadata and requested document content, and calendar information to answer questions, identify commitments, and help plan the owner's work. It requests the Gmail read-only, Drive read-only, and Calendar read-only OAuth scopes.

Account authorization credentials are stored in private files on the owner's server. Requested content may be processed by the configured OpenAI model and included in assistant conversations, summaries, and memory. Responses are delivered to the owner's allowlisted Telegram account. Google, OpenAI, Telegram, and the hosting provider process data under their applicable terms and account settings. This notice does not promise that third-party providers have zero retention.

The operator does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Google user data is used to provide the assistant's requested functionality. Access can be revoked at https://myaccount.google.com/connections. Revocation stops future authorized retrieval; it does not automatically erase existing conversation history, summaries, or backups. The owner can remove stored credentials and delete associated local records and backups.

This notice describes the Google integration. Other integrations have separate account authorizations. Contact the operator with access, deletion, or privacy questions.
